Delivery
Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select, the delivery location and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.
For most delivery addresses we offer standard and express delivery
Standard delivery: Tracked. For UK deliveries, 2-5 working days from dispatch
Express delivery: Tracked, For UK deliveries, 1-2 working days from dispatch
We always aim to dispatch all goods the same day if possible, no later than the day after the order is placed.
Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us for any return questions at [email protected].
Damages and Issues
If the goods you receive are damaged or not what you ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please contact Customer Services on [email protected] with your order number and our customer services team will explain to you how to proceed.
To assure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
